Parents Meeting December 11th, 7:30pm

KSU Lacrosse Parent meeting Monday, December 11th at 7:30 in University Room A. University Room A is located in the student center past the cafeteria.

For those of you who can’t make the meeting tomorrow night:
We plan to form a Parent Club to support our team.
We will be asking for help in the following areas:

Secretary: Take notes at our meeting.
Programs:  Put together a program for the games. (Coach has the players profiles)
Sponsors:  Solicit businesses and individuals to buy advertising space in our program.
Banquet:   Organize an end-of-season party.
Game Management: Gate, oranges, and concession. Recruit parents to volunteer at all home games.
Treasurer: Kellie Byers has volunteered.

We need a committee chair for each of these areas.  We will have sign up sheets at the meeting for committee chair and/or help on a committee.  If we all do a little no one will have to do a lot.

If you are not going to be there tomorrow night, please send me an email letting me know where your expertise can best be used.  I will add you to the sign up sheet.  If you want to chair the committee, great!
